- The item must not show any signs of wear or damage
Note: We cannot accept returns for:
- Items that have been worn, used, or damaged after delivery
- Customized or personalized items
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale events
- Items not returned in their original packaging
2. Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds

- Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is posted)

3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For the same item exchange, contact us at exchanges@yourstore.com.
4. Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items like watches and eyewear.

- Must be returned in original protective packaging

- Include all mounting hardware

- Include original case and cloth
6. How to Initiate a Return

- We will provide a Return Authorization Number and instructions
- Package item securely in original packaging
- Include the Authorization Number inside the package
- Ship it to the address provided in our response
